Shipping policy

At Jully Vell we want your order to reach you quickly, safely and at no extra cost. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price shown at checkout, plus any applicable sales tax, is the final amount charged. There are no additional charges on delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM (MT). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Transit Time

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Processing time plus transit time means you can expect your order within 3 to 8 business days from the date it is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

6. Carriers and Tracking

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@jullyvell.com and we will correct it if the order has not yet been processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and, if applicable, photos. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
