Payment Policy
At Jully Vell we want checkout to be simple and secure. This page explains which payment methods we accept and how your payment is processed.
1. Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
2. Currency and pricing
All prices on jullyvell.com are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free across the United States, and any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount charged.
3. When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method.
4. Security
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number.
5. Declined payments
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details match the information held by your bank or try another payment method. For further help, contact us at info@jullyvell.com.
6. Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, in line with our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 7 days after your return is received and inspected.
