Quilted panels run across this mid-calf winter boot, and the shell is a water resistant polyamide, so light snow beads up instead of soaking through. A drawcord with a barrel toggle sits on the side and lets you cinch the topline in against the leg, while a zipper next to it does the opening and closing. The toe is round and there is no heel to speak of, just a low wedge worked into the midsole for a slight lift. Inside, pile lining runs from the topline to the footbed. The outsole is rubber with a nonslip tread pattern cut into it.
