Three horizontal color bands run across the body and sleeves, so the hood, the chest and the lower panel each read in a different tone. The hood is built in two layers with a lined inner face and a flat drawcord that feeds through the front opening, and it sits full enough to pull up over the head without pulling at the neckline. A kangaroo pocket runs low across the front with an opening at each side, deep enough for both hands at once. Ribbing at the cuffs and at the hem grips lightly and holds the shape of the heathered fleece, which is brushed and soft on the inside while the face stays smooth and flat.
