Height comes from the midsole on this one, a thick pale wedge of EVA that raises the whole boot and takes the shock out of hard steps, with a rubber outsole bonded under it for tread. The shell above is padded and quilted in a water resistant polyamide, with a faux leather cap over the toe where scuffing happens. A generous faux fur collar crowns the topline. Lacing runs up the front so you can close the shaft in against the leg, the toe is round with plenty of room, and pile lining runs from the collar to the footbed.
